I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your canvas wall art will be sitting at the office of local agent after failed delivery attempt. It would be wrong address provided or can not reach receiver by phone.

I want to change address to ship,what should I do?
- If the order of canvas wall art is not shipped yet, contact us immediately and will update address for you.
- After shipping out, it depends on couriers. Some are not allowed to change,some is free to change,and also possible some charge for change.
