Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

To provide the best balance of speed and delivery coverage, we primarily ship orders via Expedited Shipping. However, depending on the destination, delivery requirements, and carrier availability, we may also use Standard Shipping services.

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Fast and fully trackable service
  • P.O. Box addresses are not supported

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks
  • Supports delivery to P.O. Box addresses
  • Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing

If you require Expedited Shipping only, please contact us before placing your order and provide your complete and accurate delivery address so that we can confirm service availability.

Shipping Address

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Once tracking information has been issued, address changes are generally not accepted. If an address change is absolutely necessary, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to modify the delivery address after shipment.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
